Terms of Use

§ 1 Scope

These terms govern your use of this independent information portal. We publish editorial reviews of online casinos, including LuckyBoom, for readers in the Netherlands and wider EU.

The portal is run by Valletta Point Media Ltd, a Maltese media company registered under number C 18541. It is not a gambling operator and holds no gambling licence in its own name. If you open an account with a reviewed brand, that relationship sits outside these terms.

§ 2 Service provided

Our service is editorial. We compare bonuses, count games and test support channels so you can judge an operator before registering.

No gambling service is offered on these pages. You cannot deposit, play or open a player account here. LuckyBoom runs its own site where those actions take place, under its own licence and conditions.

One limitation: we cannot list every title a casino removes or adds mid-month. Our library figures reflect a snapshot, not a live feed.

§ 3 Age restriction

This portal is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If you are under 18, close the page. Dutch law sets the same threshold for gambling, and we will not review operators that accept younger players.

§ 4 No warranty

Bonus terms, game counts and payout times change without notice. We last checked LuckyBoom's wagering at 40x against an industry average of 30 to 35x, but that figure moves.

The operator's own terms always prevail over anything written here. A review is a guide, not a contract. Where our text conflicts with LuckyBoom's published rules, the casino's wording binds you as a player.

We also cannot guarantee a provider processes a withdrawal in the 24 hours some advertise; banking speed depends on your bank and verification queue.

§ 5 Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links on this site are commission-bearing. If you register through them, we may receive a fee from the operator.

This does not raise your costs. Operators pay us from their marketing budget, not from your balance. We mark commercial links where practical, though not every button carries a disclaimer.

Editorial scores are made before any commercial deal is signed. A casino cannot buy a better rating on this portal.

§ 6 Intellectual property

Text, tables and original photography belong to Valletta Point Media Ltd. You may quote short passages with attribution but not republish full pages.

Trademarks such as LuckyBoom remain with their owners. Our use of a logo does not imply ownership or endorsement by the brand.

Screenshots of operator sites are shown for identification under fair-dealing rules. We remove contested material on request from the rightsholder.

§ 7 Responsible gambling

Gambling should stay a pastime, not a pressure. If play stops feeling voluntary, use the Dutch register Cruks at https://cruksregister.nl/ to self-exclude from licensed casinos.

Loket Kansspel offers further advice in the Netherlands. Our responsible-gambling page carries the full list of support contacts and practical limit-setting steps.

A hard limit worth knowing: once you enter Cruks, access to Dutch-licensed sites is blocked for at least six months. Plan before you register there.

§ 8 Limitation of liability

We compile reviews with care but accept no liability for loss from acting on them. A misread bonus clause can cost wagering value; check the operator screen first.

The portal is not responsible for outages at LuckyBoom or any third-party site. We link out; we do not host the games or the cashier.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other matters EU law will not permit us to limit.

§ 9 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Malta, the registered seat of Valletta Point Media Ltd at 208 Triq San Gorg, SLM 3010 Sliema.

Malta Business Registry entry C 18541 and VAT ID MT49633271 confirm the entity. Courts of Malta hold jurisdiction over disputes on portal use.

Mandatory EU consumer protections remain unaffected. You keep the local rights your home state grants, even where Maltese law would otherwise differ.
